For heating and chilled water systems
Pre-insulated copper pipe produced in compliance with current regulations and in reference to the Ministerial Decree. 37/2008 and compliant with energy saving regulations such as Law n° 10/91, the Presidential Decree. 412/93, Legislative Decree 19 August 2005, n° 192 and Legislative Decree 29 December 2006, n° 311.
The copper pipe complies with the UNI EN 1057:2010 harmonized standard which allows the CE mark to be affixed to the product in compliance with the European Regulation 305/2011 relating to construction products and is made up of a CU-DHP alloy, annealed in deoxidised rolls phosphorus, with a minimum copper content of 99.9% and phosphorus content between 0.015% and 0.040%.
Covered with a low density closed cell expanded polyethylene sheath, of suitable thickness, finished with an extruded external film, made up of embossed aqua green PE-LD, which gives the product further mechanical protection as well as an aesthetic finish, it is non-toxic, odorless and free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
Isorefry
The sheath
The insulating sheath produced by ISOCLIMA is classified as BL-s1,d0, best fire resistance classification for expanded insulating materials in compliance with the European Standard UNI EN 13501-1.
Le sue principali caratteristiche sono: ottima elasticità e flessibilità, ottimo potere isolante. Il tubo di rame “ISOREFRY” di ISOCLIMA è quindi particolarmente adatto per gli impianti di distribuzione acqua refrigerata.
In the case of using the piping for the refrigeration of buildings, the thicknesses applied are standard, however it is recommended to consult your designer to examine any specific needs linked, in particular, to the installation conditions (installation in false ceilings or shafts, with poor ventilation).
The applications
ISOCLIMA's ISOREFRY copper pipe is therefore particularly suitable for chilled water distribution systems.
