Copper tube “essence” raw in sticks and cooked in rolls
Copper pipe in rolls and rods without welding for the plumbing and heating and gas distribution sectors, pipe compliant with UNI EN 1057:2010 harmonized standard which allows the CE mark to be affixed to the product in compliance with European Regulation 305/2011 relating to products from construction.
Product conformity relating to use for the distribution of drinking water according to the Ministerial Decree. 174/2004.

Technical characteristics
The ESENCOR copper tube is produced with cutting-edge technologies and undergoes a particular pre-passivation treatment which allows
obtain a significantly lower carbon residue than required by international regulations (permitted quantity 0.20 mg/dm²) and avoid the appearance of pitting corrosion caused by water pollution in the form of nitrates, chlorides, sulphates, phosphates, etc.
The ESENCOR copper pipe with which all ISOCLIMA pre-insulated pipes are produced is the best answer in plumbing and heating systems for the following qualities:
- resistance to pitting corrosion;
- resistance to corrosion by building materials, such as concrete;
- pressure resistance;
- frost resistance;
- reduced pressure drops due to the smooth hot-drawn walls;
- installation speed (5 times > to the steel tube);
- excellent capillary type weldability, soft and strong;
- good aesthetics even in exposed internal systems;
- complete recyclability in the form of pure metal;
- available in rolls of various lengths and 5 meter bars.
Compliance with the UNI EN 1057 standard
- Link With – DHP, phosphorus-deoxidized copper with a minimum copper content of 99.90%, phosphorus content between 0.015% and 0.040%;
- Dimensions and tolerances;
- Low pressure drops;
- Mechanical resistance: 220 N/mm² for the rolls – 240 N/mm² per bar;
- Density: 8.94*103 kg/m³;
- Coefficient of linear thermal expansion (from 25 to 100°C): 1.68 *10-5 K-1.;
- Thermal conductivity at 20°C: 364 W/m K;
- Drastic reduction of corrosion having carbon residue: 0.05 mg/dm² for rolls and 0.08 mg/dm² for rods.

The bare copper tube is always ready in stock. It is supplied in rolls in the annealed state and in rods without annealing treatment.
50 meter rolls from Ø6 to Ø18, 25 meters Ø22.
5 meter rods from Ø6 to Ø108.
